ok guys help with what days to shoot what..

i got my gyno going away!!!! seen the doc today and said i would be good just use the letro....but would be better he said if i got nolva cause it will take the lumps away.....so guess it does reverse gyno.....but my question is what days do i shoot what i read about keeping stable levels to get less sides...like gyno... so want to know when to shhot what....im doing test e 250mg, and eq 200mg....so how much and what days????? thank guys

did u get a Rx for nolva? cause if u did... u'd get pills... then u can take like 10mg/day or 20 mg/day depends on the pill size

ya i got pills......and he told me to take 20mg a day

as for the shooting.. .ur using long esters... its not gonna matter much aslong as its all even

test shot 125mg mon and thurs and just mix the EQ in as well at 100 mgs on mon and thurs but just for some insight Test E is usally ran at 400-500mgs per week and EQ i believe its ran around 400mgs a week but use what you want ... what are your stats?

I would think shooting them both one day a week would be ok considering the relatively low doses.IMO

no i was going to shoot like this test e 250mg/ml at 500mg a week and eq 200mg/ml at 400mg a week with dbol 5mg at 50mg ed....just needed to know when to shoot it was gonna do test e 250mg mon and eq 200mg , then thursday the same test e 250mg , eq 200mg
