addicted...
I'm currently running a cycle of test e / masteron 500mg /week 100mg eod. I'm addicted to working out, eating right, taking all my basic supps, reading up to better my knowledge of the greatest hobby ever.... Anyway I'm addicted to going to the gym and today is supposed to be my off day. I take thursday and sunday as my two off days.... everyone says if you don't give yourself off days you're going to hinder gains.... I want to go today though!! Would it still be considered an off day if i just went to do some cardio / abs tonight?? Or should I just not go to the gym at all today?

If you want to go then go.
I get this feeling sometimes and you know when you are overtraining and when you arent.
Cardio and abs youll be ok bro.

agreed ^^^ To build muscle, recovery is crucial-Cardio can be done 7 days a week if not too extreme.

Cool thanks guys! I think if i trained any muscles today I WOULD be overtraining.... I've been really strict lately and have seen some really impressive improvements (for me anyway) I just started to forget about the people that can eat taco bell and del taco all day long while taking 200mg deca /week ONLY for 5 weeks and get pretty lean/buff off of it. My friend did that and quit at week 5 because his chest was hurting he said. Anyway he now knows not to do deca only. ;]
anyway i'll do some cardio / abs today. Compete with yourself, that's all that matters.

I do 5 days a week normally. and every other week ill do 6 days and NOT overtrain. My strength/weight is climbing slowly but surely. I feel if i go 6 days a week constantly i start to overtrain so i break it up. Every now and then shouldnt hurt but listen to your body. While im on cycle i can train 6 days a week no problem and not overtrain.

Cool thanks Lego for the advice. I will keep that in mind and just see how the muscle group feels before working it out... If it's sore then it's probably a good idea to give it a day or so before training it. I will get in there today though for 20-30 mins of incline walking to burn some. (hopefully that one girl i saw last night will be there again ;] )

your g2g... and if you think you are overtraining but need to be in the gym then go, talk to someone as you spot them, get a shake and call it a day.
this will keep your "dt'z" away.

hahahaha ok cool, sounds good to me guys! When I used to workout it was more of a chore.... now i'm finding it as the funnest hobby to have. Thanks again guys
