doctor test with tren

my buddy was going to start his cycle of test and tren next week, but hes been going to the doctor to check his test levels and when he went back last week they put him on 325mg of test every 2 weeks for the next 6 months. they will keep him at this dose unless his levels get to high then they will lower it. they will be testing him every month or so. i know he cant uses hes test now but my question is can he still use the tren with it showing up on his test?

the effects of the tren will effect other levels they will be monitoring.

it will be obvious there's something not right.
