cycling clen with winny advice

aight so I decided im gonna try out and oral only winny cycle but I also want to throw some clen in the mix i have some access to 40mcg tabs how should I cycle it ive read so many different ways ive herd 2 days on 1 off and then i herd two weeks on one week off anyoine have any recommendations and also whats the dosage i should run if i have the 40mcg. if anyone can throw in there experiences with there advice that would be awesome.

i like to run the clen using the benedryl or keto method for 6-8 weeks straight, have you heard of these, if not i'll post some stuff for you to read up on
