Thoughts on my cycle?

I am currently running Test-E 500mg/week for 4 weeks and starting the 4th week I am going to stack with Masteron -P 150mg/week for 4 weeks.

I am not trying to build muscle, I just want to have a low BF% and be relatively toned.

The main concern I have is the depression and the low test productions after coming off of the cycle. I have tried finding Nolva, but so far have been unlucky.

Any recommendations/changes are much appreciated!

why are you only goin 4 weeks with test e? that wont even start to kick in untill about week 5-6... if u were going to do that short of a cycle, you should have went with susp or prop...
if you have a proper PCT you will be fine...

I don't think he is saying he is stopping the test, he said he is stackig (starting) the Masteron -p at the 4th week also.

Sorry for the confusion, I am doing an 8 week test-e cycle stacked with a 4 week mast-p cycle. I usually only stick with mast-p because I do not like to get the size associated with testosterone /d-bol/etc.

I am probably overly worried about the gyno, but does anyone recommend any other type of anti-e that is as safe as nolva?

Also can anyone give me a good diet to try and stick to? It doesnt have to include exact meals, just what types of vitamins, supplements, etc.
