Check out the above sites. I do glutes, quads, pecs, delts. Get ready for pain though, prop hurts. I would cut it with sterile oil if you can because it's tough to do some exercises (ie. touch your chest when benching) if you've injected in a pec recently.

Prop is much thicker than most other oils, so "forcing" it to expand through the muscle is more difficult than something that isn't as thick. This is if you are in a good spot. Lots of things can happen if you are in a bad spot, so read up on where to shoot.

Friend of mine injected prop on his shoulders and said it was good, no pain. I am on Test Cyp/E now, I am injecting only on my quads. It's painless, not sure if Prop would make it hurt or not.

prop hurts. depends on the lab producing it and the BA content. my prop hurts like a bitch.

i find glutes to be the least painful site to inject

    One word. Ventrogluteal.

Used it today for the first time and it changed my life. This was my 4th injection and I was really starting to trip on the soreness I've been getting using the dorsogluteal site. Last time I was sore for 4 days. Injecting twice/wk your pretty much limping around all the time. Not cool. It was making it hard to walk at times, let alone work or train. Not only is the Ventrogluteal site practically pain free, it's much easier to access and control the syringe. It seems kinda hard to figure out at first, but once you do it right, you'll be glad you did. It's basically between the top of your pelvis and the top of your femur. Just Google Ventrogluteal injection site if you want to try it. I used a highlighter on my skin at the appropriate landmarks and went for it. Worked out great.

Prop HURTS! I'm on a prop and primo cycle now and each injection is very painful from day 2-6. I have found the delts or the most comfortable spot but i have to rotate quads and glutes with them

My prop, has never been thicker than other tests, it has always been thinnner, but the reason prop hurts, is because of its short ester, and alot of people are slightly allergic to the prop ester and this can cause irritation....

also, with taking steroids , that take frequent injections, it is helpful to rotate the sites you use......i use my chest(2), my biceps(2) My glutes(2) all four heads in the quads(8)....this gives me a total of 14 injections spots, so i can inject everyday, and only use each site once every two weeks......
