I just moved here from Hawaii, seems pretty nice so far and really close to Tijuana. I haven;t gone over there yet but I was just wondering what I should be expecting. I have gone to Laredo Mexico before for treats and things were pretty straight forward...should I expect the same here even though lots of Americans go everyday around here?
