BP meds and reduced muscle gains?

Clen can be used for pct and it works as a beta receptor agonist. Since that is the case, will it reduce your gains if you take a beta receptor blocker? One class of major BP meds works by blocking the beta receptors and thereby preventing the BP and heart rate from elevating. Pretty much any prescription med that ends in -olol is a beta blocker. My question is do we steer clear of this class of medication, or is there no correlation with muscle anabolic /catabolic activity?
