    Question supplements during cycle?

    i was wondering if i should continue taking the daily supplements that ive be using prior to the begining of my cycle. for example..protien, glutamine, glucosamine, and mulit vittamins. also is it good to take the milk thistle now or after your cycle?

    gear consits of deca , masteron , and test prop. thanks!

    All I take, and I consider to be the most important are:

    A Protein powder

    A good multi vit and min.

    Glutamine

    Vitmain C

    Calcium


    Milk Thistle and Alpha Lipoic acid supplements are recommended through the cycle to support the liver.

    I would use protein powder, 1000mg of vit c and a multi vitamin.

    Amino's, bcaa's, creatine, fish oil, limited flax. Everything helps but I like to keep supps in moderation because more added stress to the kidneys isnt needed when cycling.
