You wondering if you didnt inject deep enough?
Or asking if its a good idea to inject sub-q?

if you didnt go deep enough you would probably just get a big lump under your skin

its my first. i switch back and forth between each glute every 3.5 days. i had a lump on one of my last injections that went away after a few days.
I injected last night and this time the area feels hard underneath and a little swolen. it is sore when i push down on it and feels sore when i flex the muscle. what do you think?

you be fine the lump will go away and you might want to consider shooting the thighs too, i find it to be easier to hit because i inject myself

im just paranoia cuz its been exactly 3 weeks that ive been on test e at 600mg/week and i frontloaded the first week. i dont think ive seen anything except some good workouts i guess. should i be worried?
ive even tried bending my leg like putting it on a chair to the point where i can feel the muscle pretty close to the skin and then injecting.

As long as you don't have redness, swelling and fever, you should be okay.
Also, try heating the vial for a minute or two under hot water before drawing up in syringe and take your time injecting.

I think you are over teching the situation. Calm down. It's virgin muscle, it will get sore.
Unless it looks like this:
