omnas & nolva

What's up guys!!!

I'm new here but did alot of searching before I finally post something.

My 1st cycle was about 3-4 years ago. I didn't know nothing about the gear and pct. I did 14 weeks of test E by itself without any issues. Had great results. Weighted 195 pounds and lean. Didn't have any signs of gyno.

I had few months off due to being lazy and to busy with work. Now I'm 25 years old, 5-11, 180 pounds, eating healthy 6-7 times a day.

I just started my new gear this week. I'm not stacking just running my Polish Omnas.

1 week - 500mg
2-12 weeks 750mg (m/w/t)
For pct I have nolva from ar-r .

Should I do this, or it's too muck of nolva.
1&2 week - 40mg ed
3&4 week - 20mg ed

i'd add some aromasin into the pct to make it more effective. 15-20mgs for 3-4 weeks in addition to your nolva

Why starting at 500mg and then go with 750?
Why don't start at 1000mg to kickstart it?

Well I was thinking of only doing 500mg a week, but changed my mind. I wasn't even thinking about going 1000mg a week.

nolva by itself isnt great no. usually a good pct is a combination of a serm and an AI ie nolva and aromasin

One more question.

If I won't get gyno during my cycle than I'll just will run my pct. But, what about if I start seeing some signs of gyno, than should I start using 20mg of nolva ed? I have never done 750mg before so I'm little curious and I don't want to run anything alse but omna's and than pct.

alright bro, feel quite strongly on this one. On first cycles moons ago I used Anti E's then decided that I wanted better gains. Stopped taking exemestane every day. Also to keep costs down. After doing this for a few cycles my blood pressure went up considerably and on BP meds. Not worth it in my opinion. We do this for health reasons so why take any further chances than have to. Anti Es all the way from now on.

Remember high blood pressure is a silent killer.

PS By the way since running the exemestane on every cycle since. Bp never gone over 140/85. So thats good enough for me.
