    1 large bowl of oatmeal (plain, with milk, or fruit) 1 plain baked potato 2 whole wheat rolls or slices of bread
    2 pieces of whole wheat toast (with honey or jam) 1 piece fresh fruit (I like bananas)
    2 cups milk

    Ok, lets take a crack at it. First off, your diet is NOT sufficient and their is no way thats 4-5000 calories. Second of all at 6' 179lbs you could change your diet and be better off gaining some solid weight. AND I highly doubt your 6%BF, especially with the diet your on.


    Next, your cycle is very weak and at your age with your knowledge of diet and AAS shouldnt be using becuase its very little. Test should be ran 10 weeks minimum 12 weeks to be a great spot that people really get the most out of their gear. deca at 200mg per week is a low dose and could stand to be bumped up to 400mg and run that 1 week less then the test due to its ester and half life. Go to the steroid profile section and read up on the compounds you'll be using. Also read about PCT's for this cycle, you also need to look into any type of AI while on cycle to prevent any gyno that could form. A prolactin inhibitor can also be used in case prolactin levels are too high.


    ^^^ These are things you want to know before inejcting and stacking hence why you dont know what your doing and too ignorant to listen. Also check out proper inejction techniques, possible infections and what they look/feel like, DIET SECTION and how AAS actually put on MUSCLE not just weight, becuase 3lbs a week is not realistic when it comes to muscle and in most cases in general.

    I will add a few things just for the hell of it, its probably falling on deaf ears...
    Dude you're 18. If you're really 6% bf you're probably starving yourself at this point and if you get with the diet you can probably make MASSIVE gains with that alone. Take our advice, stick with diet and you will be happy, your hormone levels are already gonna be HIGHER than most of us old timers. Go through a cycle and you're needlessly putting yourself at risk for all kinda bad sh*t. Again, don't do it, stick with diet at this point, you HAVENT EVEN TRIED yet. To top it all off, you don't have nearly enough gear for a cycle, or info on PCT.
