hey there, I am an amateur bodybuilder and need some help on the above topic.

Last summer I took a cycle over 10 wks which included 500 tabs winny 5mg each. Around 12 sustanon 250 and 20 100mg deca . Didn't use any proscar.

I witnessed a small but noticeable thinning in my hair so this year I decided to drop the winny nd just take 1 test and 1 deca for 6 to 8 weeks. I know test is cruel on the hairline however I am hoping the dose is low enough not to do much damage. Am I correct in assuming this or should I just drop the test and do deca alone? as the last thing I want is to lose my hair.

what dosage? you havent stated the dosage of test you wanna run

Test doesn't make your hair just fall out it just speeds up the process. If you have MPB i think you need to make a choice, one or the other.

deca alone is a bad choice.

6 to 8 weeks of 1 deca ? you need to work on your steroid knowledge before you continue for one.

If you run gear without getting the proper protection you will get sides. If you gettin you some and you don't wear a condom you may get RAIDS.

Proper protection is taking your liver pills, cholesterol pills, kidney pills and soap on a rope.

Google a shampoo that blocks or removes DHT from the scalp.

I know its a low dose and should be cycled with something something else preferably test however im hoping side effects will be minimal and ill see some minor gains with just the deca

6-8 weeks of 100mg of deca and 250mg of sust is a waste. 6-8 weeks is too short for the esters in those compounds to begin with.
