test e only 300mg/week
what kind of gains would someone expect to see from doing just 300mg of test e a week?

500mg of test a week is recommended by most, but you will still see gains with 300mg of test a week, also make sure you inject twice a week.

if its your first cycle then you could prolly see some decent gains off of 300mgs/week. but just for curiousity why wont you bumb it up to 500mgs/week?

o know im just curious. im currently doin 600mg/week. im just wondering cuz my buddy did 300mg/week and got ok gains and im just tryin to see if maybe the gear is underdosed maybe cuz im on the same stuff

and yes you are right diet is everything. heres that research you were looking for it is a study by oxford university on test for men and fertility but also comments on the non biochemical change whatsoever in the subjects at doses of 250mgs of test.

Its one thing to be conservative and cautious...But there is also something to be said for making it worth your while.

I know everyone is different, but my first cycle ever was 200mg of Test E once a week.
(I know, I didn't know anything at the time about proper dose, I didn't even do any PCT.)
But, on to my point, I gained 11 pounds. I will attribute that to 2 things: the increase in appetite and the increase in strength. Both made me 'work' harder in the gym vs 'just going' to the gym.
I tend to agree with Cheddanips on this one.

I am certainly not an expert by any means, but i have used Test E at 300Mg per week before when stacked with Deca (350) and once with EQ (300). I saw very solid gains of 15-20 lbs...however i ate a truckload of protein. i would also offer that everyone is different. growtrh rates can be genetic and how your body responds. i cant tell you enough how important it is to learn your body and what makes it change, rather than just injecting stuff into your body. pay attention and make changes in your diet as necesary, your workout routine, sleep at night, and alter your next cycle if you dont get the results your looking for.

a test of ferility has nothing to do with your test levels.
HRT would be useless cuz most use less than 200mgs a week. Steroids do not make you more fertile

300mgs per week of Test E will produce gains if the diet and training program are in order especially if its his or your first cycle, 300mg is around the threshold for building muscle tissue so i cant see why you cant or your friend cant. If the base as been built from yrs of training and you have reach a natural limit your body should be ready to grow and 300-500 per wk will be fine if its a first cycle and everything else is in place.
How long has he been training and how old is he?

You can definetly make some gains. I recommend adding an oral though to give it a little extra pop. My first cycle was 250mg a week of test e and 20-30mg a day of superdrol. I made huge gains....though to be fair I was fairly new, pretty skinny and probably shouldn't have been using but it sure did work and I don't regret it.

he trains on and off i think but hes done a cycle before that he got pretty big off of. he did it in high school and then stopped lifting for a while and now started again so he did another cycle. he didnt get great gains from it, but i dont know how good his diet is either hes always been really thin and lean. the reason i ask about this cuz im just trying to see what kind of gains he should have gotten so i can compare and see if the gear could be underdosed cuz im using the same stuff but twice the dose

if u know what u r doing u can definitely gain muscle well on 300 mg and that is way sufficeint for most people to retain muscle while cutting
