Gyno and High Blood Presure???
First off, if this is in the wrong forum I apologize. I am getting ready to start a 12 cycle of Test E and 5 week of D-Bol. Approximately how many days or weeks would it take to notice the signs of gyno? Also, if I get High Blood Pressure, how long after I finish my cycle will it take to get back to normal blood pressure again? Thanks for the help guys!!!

If you are worried about gyno run and AI, also your BP if it does raise will return to normal after you have shed some of the water wieght you gained off of the cycle.

I dont have a problem running AI, I was just wondering how long will it take to notice if I get it? A week, 2 weeks, know what I mean?

Depends on how sensitive you are. If your on dbol as a kickstarter you may develope it fairly fast, so within weeks.

Onset of gyno can be very fast, that is you can wake up one morning and notice puffy nipples. In most cases there will be clear warning signs, itchines is always my first sign. I prefer to stay away from anti-e but once I get the itchiness or tenderness I start using a low amount of an anti-e(which you should have on hand) and slowly increase as needed. Dbol has a well deserved reputation for causing or making worse, gyno.

What happens is your body is converting some of the testosterone to estrogens, the estrogens cause you to retain salts(that causes the water weight gain) and the salt keeps the circulatory volume higher than it should be, exerting excess fluid pressure on blood vessel walls. These walls react to this stress by thickening and narrowing, leaving less space for the fluid already cramped in the blood compartment, raising “resistance” and requiring higher pressure to move blood to the organs. The heart has to pump against this high pressure system. The result, higher blood pressure. When you come off your cycle, the salts will be released and the blood pressure lowered. In simpler terms, Salt attracts water. When there is too much salt in the blood, the salt draws more water into the blood. More water increases the volume of blood which raises blood pressure.
If blood pressure is a concern, an anti-e and/or diuretics, could help. First and foremost, drink lots of water to flush out the salts and avoid salty foods.Last edited by kfrost06; 05-23-2008 at 03:06 PM.

High Blood presure will depend on your gentics!
Is there anyone in your family thats currently takes medication for HBP??
My father has had HBP for a while now... When I stop my cycles it usually takes about 2 weeks before I notice it going back to normal... Try to stay away from sodium >>>!

The onset of Gyno is also a concern to me. Im not sure im prone to it but i just finished up my 1st wk of Test E and Dbol . Tonight im looking and it seems my nips are a bit puffy compared to normal but not much if any at all. Then thinking this makes me think they are sensitive...could it be in my head playin games on me ? lol Problem is i have peirced nipples so they are sensitive already plus i shave my chest...which also makes the nips sensitve when the hair starts growing out....ive been feeling for lumps but how deep are the lumps? within and near the nipple surface or deeper in? is the lump well defined like a BB/pea and does it hurt? The sensitivity...explain the feeling? How fast can this get under control with L Dex? Should i take it now or just see if i develope signs of gyno 1st?

If your concern is for gyno only and have no history of gyno then wait till you show signs before starting an AI, you may not even need it. Of course, have the meds on hand before you start the cycle so you can start ASAP, if needed. If you are gyno prone then you may want to start a low dose on harsh cycles and up the doses on an as nedded basis.

I have the meds needed for proper PCT. I just wasnt sure of taking ADEX right away or waiting until signs, like you suggested KFROST. Thank you for your input.
