Question for someone willing to Help?
I have been working out for about a year and have gotten much bigger and and stronger im on 20 years old and do not wish to take steroids currently because of a heart condition and fear of gyno, that said i am having trouble lowering my body i was wondering what good a anti-estrogen would do in helping me lose fat and continue to gain muscle, and if so what would be a perferred choice in my situation. i appreciate any and all help thanks

im eating what i think is clean 5-7 times a day breakfest biggest meal dinner the smallest not high fructose corn syrup or hyrdoganted oils i do cardio after workouts 3-4 times a week 20 mins im just stuck i mean i dunno im 5'9 190 probally around 12% bf maybe more not sure though

First dude, Post those stats.....
Diet is the key brother.IMO that should be everyones top priority when bodybuilding. You do not anti-estrogens or anything to burn fat. The best, safest way is a clean diet followed by cardio. Its hard though to help you without your stats. Post them up and let us look at them and we will be able to give you more advice

I also noticed you requested me as a friend... I dont mind talking to new guys about training, but a lot of them have asked me for gear. I DON"T DO THAT, so... im 20yrs old 5'9 190 bodyfat im guessing 12-15% no cycle experince really just joined this site because i felt you guys were the most knowledgable and so far i have found this to be true. im what i think it ok sized 16 inch arms 35 waist 45 chest 23 thighs i can bench like 315 i suck at squat but u know im getting ther lol well hope this helps also i eat like oatmeal w/ milk in the morning with a scoop of whey mixed in then i have a peice of fruit with some protein a few hours later then i have like a sandwich for lunch no mayo then i eat another snack like almonds or something maybe some cheese or yogurt then i have another scoop of whey 3o mins for the gym with an apple then i hit the gym for like 2 and half hours doing supersets this next 2 weeks and end with abs then cardio for 20-30 mins on stationary bike keepping my HR up and then i go home eat 2 scoops of whey with some choice and a coulpe hours later i have some cottage cheese then i goto bed. please critque

Diet and cardio is the key to your goals, if you post your exact diet in easy to read stages we can take a look and advice the best we can, if you consuming 5 meals a day list the meals what you have daily under each time, also give us your cardio program.

To young for gear brother. My suggestion is to read a ton bro. Your diet needs a lot of work also. I tried to add you but not sure if I can because you dont have enough posts. But I am glad your not considering gear. The best advice I can give you is to take a month or so, and go through this site and read. You can talk to me about training and diet as long as we understand each other regarding gear. Start with diet bro.... Its the foundation for bodybuilding. I eat more before lunch than you eat in a day...lol. Dont think I am flaming you either man, just want you to be safe and learn. Hit me back

well just in case heres my like my daily diet
meal 1-some oatmeal w/ 1% mile and a scoop of whey
snack 1-some fruit and almonds or peice of chick breast with some cheese
meal 2-a shke with no-fat no sugar yogurt with 1% milk ice some whey and a little juice no HF corn syrup or like a sammy with no mayo on whole wheat or something like that
snack 2-2 corn tortillas with some black beans and chicken or egg whites
post gym snack-scoop of whey with big apple
gym 7-9:30 doing 20-30 mins of cardio after wieghts on stationary bike hr 140-150
PWO snack-2 scoops of whey with fruit juice
b4 bedtime-cottage cheese with pepper, i try to eat every 2 or 2 and half hours
