Proper cyle
Hello, first let me introduce myself to you all,

5' 11"
181 lbs
age 23
PCT Unknown
High Protein Diet
Creatine and Protien Shake are my supplements
2 years on my workout but lost 4 months to a car crash
Workout regimine is 5 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours
Ok for my question, What is a proper cycle for someone my age and weight? What cycle length should I be shooting for? My goals are to gain mass at this point, picture in profile is current. Hope thats all I need been doing lots of reading, I wanna thank all the active posters wich have giving me much to work with.

well bro welcome to the board. good first post. you need to go with a test only cycle. get yourself a cycle and then let us help you with it.

Thanks for the quick reply, yea ive read I should have a test only cycle for the first, At what dosage and for how long would be recomended?

500mg per week and run it for 12 weeks for a first cycle
