i like to just keep the carbs very low, and the protein high. you should try and eliminate the sugar completely out of your diet. also, in the morning, do cardio on an empty stomach.

Hmmm....nitrogen balance? Try splitting the meals in two and eat 6 small meals. The benefits? 1) Will satisfy food cravings 2)keep your stomach lining smaller. With the nitro balance, it'll promote anabolism.

Looks good though, tried something like that myself not too long ago, very hard to maintain! Good luck!

I agree with the bull. I dont ever use the terms "breakfast, lunch, and dinner".. when people ask or what not, im like "well im on meal 4 now..." etc..hehe. and especially on diets like that, where you are pretty much just going for 'all protein', etc...make sure to take a multivitamin of some sort to get everything else the body needs.

    peace.
