I draw with 23g and shoot with 25g.

25 may take a min. to inject (nothing bad at all) and it is very small so minimal scar tissue.

You can draw and shoot with the same pin tho if thats what your wondering.

Always stay sharp and clean at all times and get the correct needles for the job, 1 for drawing -1 for injecting

22g is a little too big for infecting, I'd go a little smaller. Drawing dulls the needle a little bit but i don't think its a big issue if you don't reuse the needle.

I use one for drawing and for injecting, in my last cycle I only changed the drawing needle 2 times but I think it was stupid and I could have got an infection now I am chaging my drawing needle everytime.

look at gers post a few post up......he has a lot of experience and he says no problem with one needle!......anything you push in the vial with the first pin will be in the vial.....so other than the pin getting dull there is not a problem with drawing and sticking with the same pin unless the pin touches something before you inject......think for just a second okay now answer this can you change a insuline pin after drawing????????

yes listen gear knows his stuff! 1 pin is fine!...using two is for whimps anyway LOL!
Personelly I like to draw with a large pin and use a 23g to pin with....the 23g is sharp because it is new....CHANGING PINS DOES NOT MAKE IT MORE STERILE OR CLEANER.....ANYTHING YOU PUSH IN THE VIAL WITH THE FIRST PIN IS IN THE SYRINGE NOT JUST THE PIN.....LOL!that chairshot is not for the thread starter......it is for everyone that wont listen to gear!!!!!!

Pins are cheap. Buy draw needles and use them to draw. not to shoot. I go with 20g to draw and 25 to shoot

draw and inject with the same 23G 1.5" needle, never had any problems...just use a new disposable needle/syringe each and every time...they are cheap, whereas an infection can cost you lots of money.

you can use the same needle for drawing and injecting. think of it this way when you get a shot from the doc do they switch the needle before injecting?? nope. just make sure you whipe everything down first and you are fine to go.
