best pct for this cycle

Im 26, 190lbs, 12% bf and getting ready for my third cycle. My question is what would be the idea pct for this cycle?

1000mg test e wk1
500mg test e wk2-9
30mg dbol wk1-6

I have in the past done hgc and clomid but I hate clomids emotional side effects. Ive been thinking of switching to nolvadex and maybe armidex. What would be the perfect pct for this cycle and do I need to use hcg ?

I would suggest a minimum of Clomid. I keep adex running through cycle and pct.

If your not gyno prone dont use the arimidex through the cycle. It will lower your gains. Only take it if you get any sie effects. You could also take arimidex during pct to aid in your recovery.
