Diet determines weight gain/loss
We all know that it's your diet (amongst proper training) that determines whether you build muscle, lose muscle cut fat gain fat weight etc, it's all diet.
So i'm curious, if I am on a strict cutting diet but don't want to lose my strength, what would happen if i did a 'bulking' gear cycle such as NPP, Test Prop and Dbol while on a cutting food cycle?
Would this maintain my strength? while losing fat?
Or, as i assume, would it be a complete waste of money because i'm not eating for the gains that cycle would allow me to make?
I'm talking in terms of maintaining muscle while cutting fat, maintaining strength???
Tell me to F off if it's a stupid idea.
