Hey guys,

My buddy that set me up on my program is out of country and I cannot get in touch with him. He told me to start Hcg at week 4 does that sound right?

I have a 1 ml vial of powder, Bwater, and an empty vial. Could someone please help and tell me how to reconstitute and get my dosage right so I don't screw this up. Total newb here and I thought this stuff was for pct, but he said week 4 I'm sure of it. Please advise, PM, whatever, thanks in advnace guys...Nitro
