    In the sample diet I got from the forums

    Everything is pretty easy to understand, except -

    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat

    How much lean ground beef would it take to get 55grams of protein, and how many chicken breasts would it take for the same.

    prob about 200g....Im just guessing but I know most red meat is about 25 of protein per 100g.
