Over reaction?? Advise needed.
Ok, well, I’m 31, 205 lbs, 12 %bf. been a mild user since my mid 20’s, training for 15 years now. Had some shoulder pain for the last few months after my last course which was almost a year ago now, it’s been slow progress. So despite my better judgement I opted for Deca 400mgs/week, Proviron 50mgs/daily, and 1amp Winny every other day for the last 4 weeks, with PCT of Tamoxofin & HCG .
Perhaps I don’t need this but it’s what ive used in the past after other courses.
I know Deca is hated by many but as worked for me aggro free for many years on and off so I revisited it. Didn’t want to push my self into injury I just wanted some slow growth and to harden it up and of course wanted to keep mild gains and stay away from any bloating. I KNOW you will scream “Test” at the screen… Well that aside, I am where I am….
So, on a positive, the shoulder seems to have eased somewhat and training is almost pain free, but I’m 4 weeks in and have run into a problem already. I have never had issues in getter anything before, so wasn’t concerned when my mate only had 3 weeks of Pro left, as he was getting some more.. He’s been let down, and it might be another week which has left me in a scary place… Concerned about Progesterone related problems, dreaded DD and my diminishing Testosterone levels , that are probably scraping the bottom of the nothingness right now after 8 days. I might be a week away from getting Test or Pro.
So what do I do? Sit & wait, pray or both!
I read that 200mg B6 can help combat the prolactin??
Any help especially constructive help would be appreciated

I can't really offer you any help, but from MY personal experience winny KILLS my ligaments, and I actually hurt when I run this compound. I ran it @ 60mg ED oral. My forearms and shoulders ache when I am on the stuff. As soon as I stop dosing, it goes away. I have discussed this problem with other winny users as well... Some experience this, while others do not.

I havent had any issues in the past apart from the odd painful site... Which does bugger up my training at times. But think we all have bad ones from time to time...
