    Which BENADRYL?

    ok so i'm doing a clen / t3 cycle.. so which benadryl do i use on my 3rd week? there are many different types, from the name brand it self to the cheep ones, from alergies to cold and cough??

    It doesnt really matter which on you buy they all have Diphenhydramine hydrochloride. This is what you are interested in to reduce your cell receptors for Clen . Take 2 per night and you should sleep well, I believe 2 Benadryl is 50mg of Diphenhydramine HCl.

    correct just plain benadryl, i buy generic.

    I got equate childrens alergy relief with Diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Its cheap, and its for children so it taste good.

    Depending on where you are not all benadryl contains Diphenhydramine. Albeit, that is what you are looking for.

    Make sure you have that ingredient (Diphenhydramine hydrochloride). Take at least 50mgs ed. TyenolPM and other "PM pain relievers" should have it.
