    Want to gain weight

    Im 6.2 and I weigh 130 pounds.....I really need to gain some weight.
    Ive tried every thing; eating over 3000 calories a day and weight training in the gym. But I cant seem to gain any weight or muscle mass, so now im thinking of trying steroids to build some muscle on my skinny frame.

    Any tips on how it will work on my body, since I dont have that much body fat? And what should I take to get the best results?

    I guarantee you're not eating 3000cals, don't guesstimate this shit, count each and every calorie you take in.

    ^^^^No Joke...do not underestimate food. Don't think that just 'cause you can take in the number of calories that it'll put slabs on muscle on you....trust me on this one, I'm like you man. Chill around the diet and workout forums for a good while and pick up all the info you can

    I keep coming back to this thread just to look at that cheeseburger, hmmm. Reminds me of In n out, sadly we don't have those joints on the east coast *insert tear and child size violin here*

    Seriously though dude, stay away from this stuff till you're a little meatier. If you need some help with a diet and routine than read up on here and bb.com.

    i would recommend googling iron addicts and checking out their forums there and learn a bit more about bodybuilding. Use fitday and log your food, its free and a great tool. it will tell you what your really eating. Maybe even invest in weight gainer shakes, now this might be out there but im going to take a guess and say your training 5-7 days a week doing high volume. Might also want to reconsider that if thats the case, as in maybe 3-4 with low volume and high intensity. But whatever you do, dont just take steroids . I'm a big guy, my brothers bigger and on gear and ive seen all kinds of people that barely work out take steroids and expect to get swole that dont know how to work out, dont work out, or dont eat right. They all look around the same if not worse a year later

    I bulk on burgers but offcourse I make them myself so they are relativly healthy

    Dam dude 6'2 130? Try weight gainer and tons of food, when I was young and tried bulking I ate everything in sight and made awsome gains.

    Took my 16 yr old 6 ft 2" cousin to the gym about three weeks back with me. He weighed about 132 and after 3 weeks and eating right, weight gainers and some creatine he's already at 146 lbs. Only 3 weeks. Low reps, heavy weights and a lot of sleep man. You can eat all the calorie you want but if you train 5 days a week and sleep like 5-6 hrs a day you won't gain. Don't give up.

    Dude..you have to eat frequently smaller meals but frequently throughout the day.
    Protein, carbs, calories, fat.. every meal should be a starchy carb with lots of protein. Snack on nuts, seeds etc.
    i want you to eat every two hours!
    Shakes are ok but if they fill you up and if you can't eat don't do it. You need to get
    your eating down first.
    Try taking a slow realsing protein at night like casein.
    Avacados and stuff you don't have to worry about fats and carb intakes right now you can afford it.

    Seefood Diet...when you see food eat it!
