First Cycle
Ok so I made up my mind. Im going for a First Cycle. It will be Test/enanthate for 12 weeks at 400-500 wk. I have not decided yet. Also running Dbol for 5 weeks at 30mg week. My PCT will be Nolvadex 40 40 20 20.
What Kind of Gains should I make off of this?
I am 25 years old
230 lbs BF around 15-18% Guesstamite
any other tips or such would be apprieciated.

why is your bf so high and what goal are you attempting to obtain during this cycle?

If thats you on the picture, I can say for sure that your BF is no way near 15-18%

i don't know if this is true for everyone but it has been consistent with most poeple i have talked to that have taken TEST E, and has happened to me; its very painful at the injection site for atleast a few days afterward, your first time at any site you are going to get some redness that looks jsut like a sunburn, the following injections at the same site, there should not be any redness, your very first injection you are going to have the "test fever" probably the second or third day after the very first injection, however i have also been told test prop is substantially less painful, just something to consider

my diet is good for the past 6 months i just got back on it after a while off in the gym. I usually am alot more cut than this but i just finished Bulking without the roids. Everyone tells me to go strait test and nothing more but im considering dbol and more than likely will use it to start. Im looking to add about 15 lbs of solid muscle and no my bf is not in the 20% plus range even though i may look alittle chunky i am solid mass just a little layer fat from my bulking I whent from 170 to 230 in 2 years aproximate. And I will not use clomid on this small cycle seeings how from my pro friends saying it is hard on the system with sides just to go with nolv.

Also I am a training for pro wrestling and have been since i was 18 and i am 25 now. so Size is a must for me.

Those are impressive numbers. But there is no way your under 20%. If I was you I would use the dbol as a kick start. I would definitely use clomid for pct. Clomid and Nolva are 2 different things and you need both.

30 mg a week of dbol is to little. go 30 mg a day. since the dbol life is very short.

100 squats 3x a week seems a bit much. Don't be scared of the clomid... unless you like big man boobies... an AI like L-dex won't hurt either
