As is generally stated with meds, "Individual results may vary", so it’s really hard to gauge what’s going to be optimal for you.

About a year ago, thoroughly intrigued by the lipolysis of this steroid , I experimented with the independent (single compound cycle) fat burning and peripheral properties of Var at various incremental dosages. For me it was 80mgs ED (40 taken twice daily) that yielded the most significant visceral fat repartitioning results and literally dialed in my abdominals. Sadly, I have no reference for kick-in time, because that was not the cusp of my interest. I ran 40mgs (considered the lowest highly effective dosage) for six weeks (considered the timeframe for steady-state serum saturation) then slowly advanced every 4-5 days by increments of 10mgs to 100mgs which rendered no greater returns than the aforementioned 80mgs to which I digressed and plateaued.

Additionally the introduction of Tbol, a la the Ross Cocktail look up “The Ultimate Stack” (also controlled from 10-50mgs in concert with Var while observing the “100mgs Oral Guideline”) GREATLY (relatively speaking...we're not talking Test/Tren here) increased muscle mass which is not exactly indicative of the compound but rather denotes a synergistic effect often touted by Ross. The 60/60 ratio was quite solid, but I settled at 80/30 for the duration which for experimental reasons persisted to around 15wks.
