    Is it worth it??

    Hey guys, going to San Diego in August. Thinking about going across the border to check things out and to see what's available. I went in 2001 and all was very good, but i'm wondering if things have changed in that area.

    no clue. but i do know that as long as its for personal use they cant do shit.
