I am posting because well all of this relatively new although I have some experienced friends getting me started. I have a liquid clen and t3 supply that I had purchased a year ago but never used. I do not want to use it if it in any way has any negative affects from sitting for a year. To some this may be a ridiculous question but Id rather be safe than sorry. I am trying to drop some quick weight by doin alot of cardio and push ups and sit ups for a few weeks and then plan on doing a winny/eq stack with a friend of mine. I am about 5/10-5/11 and weigh about 230. Any help on anything would be greatly appreciated to a newcomer to this site.
