    Best ways besides arimidex/nolva to keep bloat down

    Hey guys, just a quick question but I guess I'll include my stats anyway 23, 5'6" 177 single-digit bodyfat, one cycle under my belt, and I'm about to start cycle 2. My question is what kind of supplementation, regimen, and/or diet tips could you give me to keep water bloat to a minimum without resorting to arimidex or nolva? I would like to maximize gains and would therefore like to avoid using these drugs unless it gets out of control or I get symptoms of gyno. My cycle will be 12 weeks sust/10weeks deca /4 weeks dbol . I have good knowledge of on-cycle training and diet macros, so it will basically be in good order, but any tips at all on combating bloat as much as possible would be greatly appreciated. I realize that there will still be some degree of bloat...I got it pretty bad on my first cycle of Test E and dbol... but I would like to minimize it this time around.

    a clean low sodium diet will help.

    if you're single digit bodyfat and have no gyno symptoms who cares....let the water come......i only run letro 'cause i get gyno symptoms pretty much immediately

    P.S...these are the ideas that I have so far...of course I will drink plenty of water, I will not consume dairy(milk bloats me terribly), I will try to keep sodium to a reasonable level, although this is tough while bulking...I'm not gonna get any protein from packaged lunch meats with 1000% daily sodium or anything..and I will only consume whey protein pre- and post-workout. Whey is known to bloat, is it not? at least it seems to get me a little when I over-consume it. I think I'm also gonna use green tea pills. I'll do cardio 3 or 4 times a week for about 20 minutes. any other good ideas or supplementation to try would be great.

    I agree in principle...but girls don't seem to dig my face resembling a hot-air balloon..lol, I know it's shallow and i shouldn't care and I should deal with it since it is part of the game, and i will. but i'm sure you can understand that it sucks to look terrible while on-cycle so i'm trying to formulate the best plan to keep it down. but if ultimately sacrifices(*****) must be made, then my priorities are set..let the water come and f**k those stupid women, they'll cry when they see me with 20 more pounds of muscle right...

    women hate me regardless of bloat or no bloat lol........it's whatever.
