    Cycle advice

    Here are my stats .... 6"0 215 pound 15 bf training for 15 years....

    Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex Every Day
    Week 1 to 9: 0.25 arimidex Every Other Day
    Week 1 to 8: 3000-5000ius of HCG every 4th week or 500 every third day
    Week 1 to 8: 50mg of Prop Every Day
    Week 1 to 8: 50mg of winny Every Day
    Week 1 to 10: 50mg of proviron Every Day
    Week 1 to 10: 500mg of Glucophage after one high carb meal every other day
    Clen 14 days on 14 days off (see below)

    PCT
    Week 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid Every Day
    Week 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid Every Day
    Week 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid Every Day


    Taurine 5g ed
    Milk thisle
    Muti vit

    Just out of curiousity why are you running a SERM and AI during your cycle? Help with bloating? The adex alone will be sufficent. I wouldn't even use that unless i needed to.

    Also i would do the clen for 14days, then take the diphenhydramine @ 50mgs ed for 7 days, then repeat. But again thats me.

    No need to safeguard like you are doing. If you lower your estrogen levels to much, you will reduce your bodies ability to grow.

    What are your goals for this cycle? What was your first cycle? Holding water doesn't suggest you need serms or ai's, it could have been your diet.

    For a second cycle, I would just run the prop and winny. No need to run so many cmpds when you are not sure how each will effect your body. If anything, just run .25 arimidex ed.

    Thx bro. Goals are just to get harder with little weight gain. I know cardio is a must... First cycle was eq and test...

    If that's your goals, then just run the prop and winny like I suggested and you can use the clen during the cycle if wanted. And make sure you have a clean diet. Diet is 80% of the process.

    I would like to leave the Glucophage in for meal #3 and a cheat meal once a week. ur thoughts??? Thx

    i would drop the glucophage and nolva from the cycle and replace the clomid in pct with some aromasin

    thx for the advice.. but why drop the glucophage? I would like to keep in so my slin wont spike when i dont want it to...Thx
