    OUCH.. muscle cramps

I guess the clen is working now haha.
It just took 3 days of 100mcg.

Anyways, the muscle cramps are like every hour, its such a b!tch.

What are the natural things I need to prevent the cramps?
    Potasium or Magnisium or something?

I just forget.. and my ribs are cramping up, or the muscle around it - so my thought process is altered.

"Low potassium levels occasionally cause muscle cramps, although it is more common for low potassium to be associated with muscle weakness."

I wonder what else I could use.

I am currently at 160mcg of clen and have no cramping. I have just been taking multivitamins, potassium supplement, and get 1000mcg of taurine from a creatine supplement. I also drink at least 10-15 glasses of water a day. Good luck, hope that info helps a little.
