    Red Blood Cell count

Some guys donate blood regularly to keep their red blood cell count manageable. On cycle, your RBC count goes up which makes you feel sluggish. I believe PerfectBeast has some knowledge about this. You might want to hit him up for advice.

As long as your blood is in the normal range for everything they will use it. But if you have something elevated too high or suppressed too low they toss it.

Whats worse is that they dont tell you if they are able to use it or not, from what i remember.

So is the suggestion to just go ahead and give blood, let them sort out whether or not it's usable?

Are there any dangers for someone who receives blood from a donor who was on gear?

I'm O+ so most of the time I'm asked if I'd like to donate double red blood cells, should this be avoided while on cycle?

I figure since the thread is here I'd ask, I've been taking the stance of not giving blood "just in case" because I don't want someone to get hurt because of me.

i give blood every 2 months on cycle or not. been doing this for a lil over 2 years, never had them tell me anything except thanks for donating.

donate you can save someone life. like stated already they test the blood to see if its ok for someone else to receive.

they only tell you if your iron is too low. when they prick your finger and drop it in the liquid stuff. but if something is wrong with the blood taken, they usually don't tell you
