Seeking advice on supplement intake w/ ycle
Guys,
I've just started a 12 to 15 wk cycle and I want to make sure I'm doing everything possible to maximize my muscle gains. Below is my cycle and my daily food intake. What do you guys think? Should I be eating more? Should I be taking other supplements to assist the steroids ? Any advice would be appreciated.
I'll be taking the following.
700mg enanathate
300mg deca
I'm eating the following on a daily basis.
Meal1=8 eggs (6 whole, 2 whites) and two kashi waffles w/ sugar free syrup
Meal2=1/2 pd ground chicken and 1/2 cup rice
Meal3=60g protein shake, yogurt, and tbsp peanut butter
Meal4=leftovers (varies from chicken, pasta, steak, or hamburger helper)
Meal5=60g protein shake and 12oz moutain dew (post workout)
Meal6=dinner (varies from chicken, pasta, steak, or hamburger helper)
Meal7=protein bar and 8oz glass of milk

kinda seems they pick and choose who they like. i get the same reaction. maybe we ask stupid questions?

Pct
Right now I'm more concerned with my cycle than the PCT. However, during my last PCT I got pretty good results taking the "unofficial PCT stack" listed on the PCT forum. See I did do a little research.
LiquidDex: 2 week @ .25mg to .5mg ed
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Tamoxifen : 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)
I just thought that it would be easier to ask the question then to search for hours looking for the answers I wanted. I don't mind looking it up if you could narrow down the search cirteria. Thanks.

why mountain dew? carbs are good pwo, but you can get better carbs than that.
it doesn't seem like that much protein, besides eggs, chicken, and the occasional dinner, you're relying very heavily on powder. hamburger helper isn't that good, it has simple carbs and a lot of extra calories (fats)
i'm sure there is more, for instance it doesn't seem like many carbs besides sugar
