    Broke My Ankle!!

Well I had just finished my second cycle and I broke my ankle in two places. So my question is I have not been able to work out very much being in a cast and my next cycle is right around the corner. So I am wondering if I should wait to start my cycle or go ahead and still do it.My ankle will be good to go by the time I start my cycle but I don't want to start it if it is smarter for me to train for a few months then do the cycle.

Wait till you get some time back in the gym, you dont have to be strict with your scheduled dates.

I used to play semi-pro hockey, so I've always had very strong legs and put them, my knees, ankles, and feet under extreme duress in hostile conditions.

And yet through all that, I never feared an ankle injury. However, since using gear, I can't tell you how many times I thought my shin would just snap while jogging on the treadmill. Juice doesnt strengthen the joints and tendons that surround joints and bones, it can even make them worse.

AAS will not help an injury heal faster, although I've heard hgh is very good at that. Don't quote me on that though because I still have still yet to find any! But considering it was used by athletes for years to help heal injuries more quickly, I'm pretty sure there is solid evidence that its been successfully used for such in the past.
