Cutting with Masteron

I always read that Masteron is worthless unless you're already in the single digit body fat range, but wouldn't it be beneficial to help get you there? I mean if someone were around 15% body fat and wanted to start cutting, wouldn't Masteron help them retain LBM while going into a calorie deficit? All I really ever see it used for though is contest prep. Am I missing something?

Masteron will harden the muscle up and give it an appearance of granite, its best used when you will see the best benefit..

Ah, so it works for cutting in general but you're just not using it to its full potential unless you're already at a low body fat percentage.
