    how to dilute benzyl alchahol??

    ok well if i order benzyl alchahol from lionnutrition.com
    how do i make sure its 5%??

    well lets say you have a 100ml solution
    use 5ml ba
    and the rest of the 95ml other things

    what are you making? you should probable start a thread with your problem in the lab
