Can paresthesia (pins and needles) be caused by AAS use?
Lately I have been getting very regular paresthesia in various parts of my body. Anything I lean on for even a short while seems to get it. Sometimes I wake numerous times when sleeping because of it, and its something that seems to be happening more and more. Just finished a 12 week test/deca cycle and used a little d-bol at the start. Was wondering if anyone new of a link between AAS and paresthesia, or any commonly used supplements causing it. I'll include a list of all of the products oven taken over the last 3 months:
Optimum Nutrition - Gold Standard Whey 100% Whey Protein Isolate
Max's - Muscle Growth GTE
E v o l u t i o n Labs - Gluc Evol
International Protein - Extreme Carbs
Controlled Labs - Purple Wrath
Elemental Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate
GNC - Flacseed Oil
Fish Oil
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Vitamin B6
L-Phenylanine
Milk Thistle
Magnesium
No-Doz
Im also on the antibiotic Alprim containing trimethoprim and Im also using Proscar containing Finasteride. Yes I realise that I am some what of a chemical cocktail
thanks guys

hmm, yeah the other day about 5 mins after dozing off I woke up with it in my left side so turned over, 5 mins later woke up with it in my right side. I was not even sleeping awkwardly, just the same as always.

Well at least its good to know that its not just me. Any idea what exactly causes it? I actually sometimes get it in the foot of the leg Im doing a quad shot on while doing the shot. When I pull the pin out I instantly get the feeling, very strange.

I have some numbness in my right qaud which is where I inject the most. I am on TRT so once a week injections for the last three years and I am sure it has been caused by the shots

one thing which often results in that sensation is water retention.
also, changes in electrolytes, such as calcium, magnesium, and elevated blood pH.
I see magnesium is in your cocktail: careful not to overdo it.

Thx everyone 4 the insightfully info. I was worried that it may be a symptom of a larger issue, but it seems rather normal with AAS use.

Yep, get it regularly too.
Noticed it for the first time during my first cycle many years ago. Hasn't gone away or got any less since. Even when i am off cycle for a year i still get it in my hands and forearms a lot.
