Oral Sterioids...To take with food or without?

Im going to start a cycle tomprrow but dont know if you take the orals with food or on a empty stomach.

the oral that i will be taking is 60mgs of anavar . I will break it down into 30mgs in the morning and 30mgs in the night.

i take mine on empty stomach 15-30min before a meal.

Me too, with a glass of grapefruit juice as its been shown to help your stomach absorb more of the compound.

First thing upon wakening id break the capsule open and put the powder under my tongue and let set for 5 minutes, then wash it down with a glass of grape fruit juice. do 5 sets 20 sit ups to get the blood flowin then eat 20-30 minutes later.

With SD, PP, and HD id have insane pumps 2nd-3rd day in. where as with same dose SD, when id take the caps with food and spread the doses throughout the day it would take atleast a week to kick in

You'll always get subjective variance when asking this type of question, but the objective answer is "It really doesn't matter". Also, there is no benefit from attempting to administer it sublingually, because its composition doesn't afford this.
