keeping gains
ok i'm trying to get as much info as possible before starting, i'm looking for strength, my question is if i was gaining at a normal rate before cycle, increased workout intensity, did the cycle gained a good amount of strength and mass, did pct, after cycle do i return to my original workout and expect to keep my gains or keep doing high intensity workout that i did while on cycle ?

If you're gaining before you started the cycle there is no point....if you're gaining naturally then keep going.Only when you hit that wall do you want to kickstart gains again...when you get off cycle you may want to back off a but..the body will not recover as fast when off the compounds...however maintain good eating...

i'm not gaining much i go up about 5 pounds every 4-5 weeks i need a boost so i thought a cycle of anavar will help.

ridic. 5 pounds every month is the same as a Test E cycle for 3 months...except for 5 lbs (15 rather 20).

5pounds on my lifts not weight as i want to increase strength.

^^^ on the money as always. I'm in Pct (final week) and have been eating very clean and healthy, workouts just a little lighter than "on", but consistant. I've kept about 14-15lbs of the 21lbs I gained. Of course I'm not eating the quantity as I did during the bulk. But for sure quality.
