    what cause NO ACNE and just a kick of muscle growth

    just kind gives the body a boost-would anavar be good?im looking at that-i just wanna kick my muscles into growing a bit-nothing big-im already started clen and t3 and have lost weight quick--im doing 2 hours of cardio a day 5 days and 5 days of weights in a circuit training type thing-i can not afford to get acne im just wantining really to know what is the least side effects-not looking for big results-just a kick or a push--my body is stuck-i got till october 12th to get in back shape and i need help-im almost there just need a push to lean out and build a bit-i know its not recommended but if you were to recommend just a taste of something to kick start the body into responding-im gonna do sometrhing ive already decided id appreciate a more informed person to help me make the wisest decision.i thought id made a decision to just do a little test e but then saw it could cause breast growth-this is my first ever cycle-ivealways beemn in shape and never fought to ghard to gwet in shape but its all different now aftera year of doing nothing-im 33 6'3 200-i need to be 180 pure lean tight and tone-it not about weight loss as much as kick starting the muscles a to develop a bit more

    All steroids have a possibility of sides. What does your diet look like?

    weeks 1-4: arimidex .25mg eod
    weeks 1-4: hcg 250iu 2x a week

    that should boost natural test a lot

    yes i watched those videos that are posted-6 part series-so im definitely upping my protein-i had been on living on like for example 3 eggs for breakfast lunch tuna and a salad and chicken and rice with yogurt for dinner and i had allow myself 2 fat free sugar free smoothies when im just about to pass out from hunger -i mix it up like like maybe salmon or steak but its been very boring-i am trying to add more protein for a few weeks but if i dont see something quick i have to do something extra-i need to lose weight but also build and fast -kinda tricky-cant build without food-cant lose if i eat too much-thanks for the help-i appreciate it-

    sounds like you may simply need to increase your intake... or intake frequency....probly both if you are looking to cut as well as put on a small amount of lean muscle, good luck and check out the diet forum, there is alot of good information in there

    ANAVAR would be a possibility. do some research on it.

    Wow. You are probably losing a shitload of muscle. Clen = catabolic (I dont care wtf anyone says it is), t3 = catabolic, that diet = catabolic, clen + t3 + that diet = an EXTREMELY catabolic state. I would do test p, var, or t-bol (preferrably a combo of test p + var or t-bol) starting immediately. You could prob get away with not losing much muscle with just var or t-bol only but I would bet you would still lose some muscle or at the very best not gain any. Up the protein a lot, even if this means lots of shakes.
