love handles and anavar
I am 30 years old, 6'4", 220lbs, probably 14% BF and can bench press 315 (4) times unassisted.
I am very happy with my size and shape with EXCEPTION to my love handles. I have tried to just diet these off in the past and have been successful but not really because i lost muscle mass as well.
I would like to do a Var cycle only. I was thinking I will do a cut diet i found in the diets forum, Do crazy cardio and a 4 week Var cycle followed by a Clomid and nolva PCT. I was think 75mg Var ed.
My goal is to lose the love handles and keep my muscle mass.
your thoughts?

i wouldnt count on the var burning them off but if you plan on eating a strict diet while lifting and hitting the cardio then the var should help you keep your cuttent muscle mass

Var isn't going to cut the love handles. You want those gone, naturally, you will have to check up on your diet and do a lot of cardio. Want some help doing it, look into Clen or T3.

I would just do a low dose test along sides a cardio and dieting program, the test will keep the muscle mass alot better than var would...

I wanted to do an oral only cycle. Any recommendations?

My experience with var was good and it may be just the thing to help you keep your mass if you insist on orals only. Only real problem with it is that its kind of expensive. You may want to check on T3 like BadBarbie suggested. Good luck.

If I were you I would run t3 and clen with the var.... diet good + cardio and you will notice those handles gone in 3-4 weeks tops if you're true to yourself....

hmmm tell her you're injecting vitamin b12 and buy a bottle of it for like 12 bux...... b12 is a vitamin so it's not bad. Tell her you are b12 deficient that's why you've been sluggish lately and lacking energy.... then you ONLY have to hide the test instead of all the pins...

Are you sure she would totally freak if you were just honest with her? It would make things a lot easier on you in the long run.
I do like tripmachine's idea though if being up front is not an option.

If your wanting to preserve muscle mass then i would not go for the T3. Even with clen t3 is still catabolic. Yes clen has its anti-catabolic properties but the doses used for us aren't sufficent enough to prevent the muscle loss.
Try the var, Im not sure why everyone is against oral only as Var has been done numerous times by iteself. True the gains are not that great but he is trying to preserve muscle while cutting. I dont htink youll have any issues if your diet is spot on. True test would be better in terms of muscle preservation but he is trying not to go the injectable route due to his situation, should not be an excuse for later cycles tho.

Yah I'm not a fan of T3 bc of the thyroid issues associated with it. If your just trying to lose your love handles without using injects I see nothign wrong with var/clen . If you havent used clen your in for an experience

I'm like you, I have thick obliques and messed up fat distribution so I got love handles until my bf% gets to single digit, and probably below 8%...

I agree. Stay away from T3 while on cycle. The only exception for me would be while on a tren cycle for obvious reasons.

Var is great. But I'd still opt for a low-dose of test - maybe 200mg a week. I'd run 100mg daily of Var with the low dose test. I'm not a big fan of either T3 or Clen though.

those handles are the last thing to go, you have to diet down sick and stay there if you don't want them to return, its much easier just living with them, you already got the girl.

It looks like the b12 excuse is going to work out for me. so now I am thinking
Test E 200 mg/week for 12 weeks
Clen - will have to read up on proper amounts and durations.
and then Anthony Roberts PCT.
1) Does it make sense to kick off cycle with Dbol or is it a waste because it is a cut cycle?
2) Please paste any cut diets that have worked for you?

Very interested in how this turns out sounds exactly what I need to do.

There are write ups where they've done studies to show that Anavar DOES infact target abdominal fat rather than overall fat, quite interesting actually - though like said above, training and diet would have to be in place as always

Yes the training part is easy. Just dont want to over train and lose muscle or under diet and lose muscle like i have in the past.
Is Dbol counter productive in a cut cycle?
