Does caffeine make estrogen sides worse?
I'm a couple days into my cycle and I've come accross some info that caffeine could possibly make estrogen related sides worse. Is there any truth to that? I have a bad habit of drinking coffee especially pre-workout, not only for energy but I just like to drink it with my protein shake, but it can certainly be avoided.

not really. considering the fact that estrogen has a role in muscle building and strength. so taking an AI all cycle when its not needed may actually hinder your gains. considering the fact that you should be watching your nips and getting blood work while on cycle anyways. then you should be able to catch any gyno sides before they get out of control and dose up on some letro or such.
