Anavar *HELP PLEASE*!!!!!!!!!!
I am 6'2 280 lbs w/20% body fat...i amd trying to get down to 270 and get my body fat down as low s possible. i heard anavar would be a great way to do this and because im an athlete would be great because it has a short detection life. can anyone please help with some suggestions on what else could help and if it would clear outta my system b4 a test. im not trying to gain weight or mass..just trying to cut up and bring body fat down. also is there anything out there dat could help with cardio endurance esp for a fball player. please keep in mind dat im lookin for somethin dat would not have a long detection...

I live with a football player that is about your size. He eats terrible. Post your diet like hotpink said and let us critique that before recommending you anything.

breakfast: egg whites
post workout: protein shake and banana
lunch: turkey sandwich
dinner: chicken or fish,a vegatable and a dinner roll
snack: trail mix and protein shake
I train 5 days a weak weights and cardio..and am pretty strong. relly just tryin to take my body and game to the next level

Is that a full days diet for you? What do your macros look like?

Thats not even close to 2000 cals bro. If you seriously want help, record all the macros- cals, protein, fat, carbs, and lay it all out for us. That looks like a very shaky diet bro

about a 2200 cal diet dat im assigned thru fball..i get right around there maybe just a lil more but dats the basics of what i eat.i was at 297 and i got down to 280 from dat diet so it works..now i need to harden/cut up...i heard anavar was the best way in my case...also somethin dat would help wit speed nd cardio endurance

something is not right there. if your a football player with your summer camps and two a days coming up you should drop a ton of weight. stay off the gear its not worth testing positive.. WORK HARDER

''dat'' can't be your entire diet, there is something missing here. regardless like ''dat'' other post said, you don't need steroids to accomplish your goals. I hope dat helps...
