New guy seeking advice?
Howdy. I am new to all of this and have been researching various cycles to start up on.
I am 5'1" 240 lbs w/18% body fat...i amd trying to get down to 200 and get my body fat down as low s possible. I have heard anavar would be a great way to do this. Can anyone please help with some suggestions on what else could help suggesting what I could take to start buiking up?
I was thinking for the first cycle to do:
My first 6 weeks: Deca (400mg/pwk) / Enanthat(500mg/pwk)
Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.

First you should consintrate on your diet than worry about Steroids , this is what anyone would say.
First cycle should always be a Test only cycle to see how your body reacts.
1-12weeks Test e 500 a week shots mon and thurLast edited by breakbones; 08-06-2008 at 12:37 PM.

Is that a type o with your height?
Gear isn't going to give you the ability to lose 40lbs., your diet and cardio will do that for you.
Also, what you are saying is sketchy. You want to lose weight and bf% but you want to use bulking gear.
Start reading some and do some more research, hit the diet section, and figure out what's the best thing to do at this moment. To me, it looks like diet and cardio would be best and then think about running a 1st cycle.

Get you body fat % down around 14% or lower. You need the gear when you hit the plateau. When you feel like working out is at a stand still. Design a cycle and posted in this forum and let us critique it so when you do decide to do it, you do it correctly.
