Has anyone ever seen this

The thing that kinda throws me off is the concentration. I have never seen prop that is 250mg/ml. It does have lot number, manufactured date, ans exp date printed on the bottle. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

ive seen 150mg/ml prop, and 300mg/ml prop, very cloudy

mine is clear as water
