Wekk I didn't think it would come up for anything on women. She did the Clen T3/T4 and nothing. 14 days on, 7 off and 14 on. She doesn't really want to lose anymore weight, she just wants to lose excess body fat or skin or whatever it is. It's from losing weight to quick and having a kid.

no winstrol will not help with that. if its a good bit of extra skin really her only hope would be to have an operation.

This is her diet while she has been on Clen and T3/T4 and she says no difference.
3-4 days a week of weight traing but nothing heavy. Cardio is the kickboxing, ladders w/weights and polaties w/weights 5 days a week.
Morning-Diet Yoplait yogurt and 1 fruit
Mid mornign-1 fruit
Lunch-1/2 Turkey Sandwich on wheat and some veggies
Mid afternoon-Granola bar
Dinner-1 Chicken breast, yams and veggies. Dinner changes everytime.

Cardio could be better. And diet needs a lot of work. ESPECIALLY if she's eating that on clen /t3/t4 yikes

Well, first of all, everyone is different, and this is just what I like/works best for me. I know when I do pilates, I don't break a sweat though. I'm a cardio maniac btw...but after I wake up, I drink a protein shake (or take 2 bcaa's) and about an hour later I'll go on the elliptical or walk/jog on an incline for an hour at 60% of my max heart rate, and I'll do HIIT after weights somedays too.
For diet help, what are her stats?

Ya. How do you know if it's excess skin or fat? She says skin and I say fat...lol. We were told that the Clen and T3/T4 would work for that.

I figured that. Didn't know if you filled it back in and lost it slower if it would be the same.

Alright. Well 6 meals a day. (Remembering portion sizes too. A lot of women think they eat "healthy" but are still over eating.) Alternating Pro/Carb and Pro/Fat. ex:
Meal 1-Pro/Carb
Meal 2-Pro/Fat
Meal 3-Pro/Carb
Meal 4-Pro/Fat
Meal 5-Pro/Carb
Meal 6-Pro/Fat
Protein sources: Chicken, lean steak, lean ham, eggs, tuna, talapia, salmon, etc etc.
Carb: Potatoes, Sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, etc
Fat: Nuts, Cashews are my fav, Canola/Flaxseed Oil.
(You can just google for more options)
Also: the yogurt and the granola bars...check the ingredients. Sugar=bad.
I would use this to calculate BMR: (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metabolic_rate)
655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
then
if you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-calculation = bmr x 1.2
if you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-calculation = bmr x 1.375
if you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-calculation = bmr x 1.55
if you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-calculation = bmr x 1.725
if you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-calculation = bmr x 1.9
She'll probably need to eat close to what I need to, around 1800 cals a day. But calculate that for accuracy. And obviously, to lose weight, she will need to burn more calories than she eats. Roughly, about 50 minutes on the elliptical will burn 500 calories. Healthy weight loss is about a pound a week, so that is 3500 calories weekly...500/7 days a week, 700/5 days a week...so plan how much she will need to work out accordingly. Fitday.com is a really helpful site for keeping track of diet and activity.

Just a simple question ?
I started Winstrol Injections two weeks ago, I have now read the nasty side effects for females and do not want to finish the cycle. Can I just quit? or do I need to slowly decrease the dose?
