Anavar and half life?

If anavars half life is 8-12 hours that means in that time(after 8 hours)a 10 mg dose of anavar would be 5mgs in the body?



So if i take anavar 5 times a day every 4 hours(7am 11am 3pm 7pm 11pm) 10 mg doses than at 11pm there will be 20 mgs of anavar in my body so while i sleep i still have some right?

yes, try to take it every 4 hours or so to keep levels as steady as possible

My buddy is using Anavar at 60mg per day, he does 30mg at like 8am and 30mg at like 4-5pm. Basically before and after work each day.

He was explaining it like this to me, if he takes 30mg in the morning, he has 15mg after 8 hours, then he is adding 30mg more, so in 8 hours at say midnight the first dose is now 7.5mg (2 half lifes) and the afternoon dose is 15mg (1 half life), then by morning say 8am he has 3.35mg (from 24ish hours ago) + 7.5mg (from 12ish hours ago) , when he starts all over again. This just seems easier and it would appear he has higher amounts in him during more of the day and night vs using 10mg every 4 hours?

Did that make sense?

If im sleeping for 8 hrs how am i supposed to get a dose in the every 4 hrs
