I'm Back, quick question about Clen / albuterol
Hey guys, been gone for a while, but now I'm back.
Just some quick history to fill you in..

Diet is as follows;
Meal 1: 9:30 AM
Tuna 6 oz
8oz Cup of Milk
M1 Total: 47g P, 3.5g Fat, 14g Carb, 300Cals
Workout 10:00AM - 11:30 AM
Meal 2: PWO 12:00 PM
Apple
6oz Chicken Breast
Flax Oil Pill
M2 Total: 41gP, 6g Fat, 19g Carb 284 Cals
Meal 3: 2:30
1/2 cup rice
Tuna 3oz
M3 Total: 24gP, 5g Fat, 46g Carb, 354 Cal
Meal 4: 5:30
6oz Beef/Chicken/Turkey/Tuna On WW Bread (Varies with daily schedule)
Salmon Oil 1 capsule
M4 Total: 40gP, 7g Fat, 27Carb, 280 Cals
Meal 5: 7:30
3oz Tuna
1 Banana
M5 Total: 20gP, 3g Fat, 28g Carbs, 249Cals
Total Daily Intake;
Protein 172g, Fat 24.5, Carbs 134, Calories 1467

Im heading back to school the 17th and am very excited to get back to the gym, lifting and cardio 4-6 days/week. My main goal this semester is to get really shredded. I used Clen about a year ago on my rat and got very good results. Now my question, and reason for posting is that is Clen still one of the best shredding methods out there? Or is Albuterol? Or has anything big crept up in my absence? Also is Lion still around and as safe as ever?? Thanks in advance guys, its good to be back.Last edited by phil5883; 08-12-2008 at 03:50 PM.

Yeah I would turn to skin and bones on that diet, especially with a fat burner thrown in the mix. You need to up your protein intake a lot. Thats not even a good intake for bulking at your weight much less for holding onto muscle.

I think you need a little more complex carbs for the cardio you will be doing, add some whole wheat bagels or bread in there etc..
As far as Clen vs Albuterol... I have used both in the past and got the exact same results. Clen from the sponsor is easy to get if you are in the US. I was able to get Albuterol from a friend who lives in Haiti. She bought it from a pharmacy there and carried here with no questions asked. She brought me 19 boxes of stuff called "Aerolin - bronchodilador" (4mg Albuterol) 20 tabs per box. They were dirt cheap. Anyway, you can't go wrong with Clen or Albuterol same stuff imo. Pills are easy, but nothing wrong with the liquid Clen.

As far the clen /albuterol my experience was different. Clen shed way more fat for me. Clen did seem to effect my endurance (when taken off cycle) where as albuterol improved it. But even with less time spent on cardio I lost way more fat from clen.

Haha nah its ok its not rude at all. I was an up and coming member for a while about a year ago, always chatting it up and whatnot, posting all about Clen and amateur lifting and such. I didn't mean to sound like i was a celeb or anything on the boards, just a member that is back after a long time .
